Restorative Decompression Therapy – Shoulders, 6 Hours Hands-On
Front. Back. Top. Bottom. Underneath.
This 6-hour hands-on class focuses on the entire shoulder complex—not just the joint. You’ll learn how to assess and treat the muscles of the chest, back of the shoulder, beneath the scapula, down the arm, and into the neck to restore movement and reduce pain. By learning to follow tension patterns front, back, top, bottom, and underneath, shoulder work becomes logical, repeatable, and effective—even in complex cases.
Restorative Decompression Therapy – Tools, 6 Hours Hands-On
When you know what you’re looking for, everything becomes a tool.
This 6-hour hands-on class explores how common, low-cost items can become powerful therapeutic tools when guided by proper assessment. Learn to use tools for table work and client self-care, helping clients support their own progress between sessions—without expensive equipment or rigid protocols.
Restorative Decompression Therapy – Cups, 6 Hours Hands-On
Powerful results without excessive force
Cups is a 6-hour hands-on introductory class focused on dynamic cupping with silicone cups. You’ll learn where cupping comes from, how it’s been adapted for modern soft-tissue work, and how to safely and effectively use silicone cups for movement-based treatment. The class covers assessment, cup selection, appropriate pressure, and gliding techniques to change tissue density efficiently—without overwhelming the nervous system.
Partners Massage and Cupping Classes are ongoing for anyone.

Lacto-Fermentation
Have you ever heard of fermentation? It is the most basic and ancient method of preserving food and it's simple - all you need is a container, salt, and sometimes other ingredients. Unlike pickling, fermentation doesn't require an added acidic liquid or heat, and it actually changes the food's color, flavor, and texture over time.
The best part? Fruits and vegetables contain natural bacteria that prevent spoilage and promote the fermentation process. With just a little patience, these bacteria convert carbs and sugars into an acid that preserves the food. Plus, lacto-fermentation creates that tangy and sour taste we love and probiotics that help with digestion.
Did you know that fermented foods and drinks like sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha, coconut yogurt, miso, and tempeh fall under the fermented category? So let's get started and try some homemade fermentation recipes!
This class is in person or “IRL”, and online. Check for dates and please call if you would like a personalized class or a group event.
